• Orders are processed within 72 hours.
  • We ship via United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx depending on each unique order, its contents, and its destination. 
  • Please allow 6-7 business days to receive tracking and delivery information, and a full 8-15 business days to receive your order from date of purchase. We  do not just ship your hair upon receiving it from our distributor. We inspect and wash & condition it to ensure it reaches you ready for immediate installation. 
  • In the event that you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please contact us with your order # so we can research and remedy the issue.
  • ZHC is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. We will try our best to work with carriers in case packages need to be diverted, but final deliveries to incorrect addresses are not an error we can correct.
  • Due to the nature of the items being shipped, ZVH requires signature upon delivery.
  • Ziva Hair Company is not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or extreme conditions. However, we are adamant about exceptional customer service, and we will work with customers and their carriers to ensure deliveries are always made.

Returns

  • Hair extensions may not be returned or exchanged, due to safety and hygiene reasons. In the rare event that we make an error, we will refund or exchange the hair.
  • If in any event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the contact form. We will be glad to assist you.
  • You have up to 3 days to inspect your hair and contact us with any issues you may have.
